Significant changes to employers’ duties in relation to workplace harassment came into force during October 2026. This webinar will provide a practical guide to what these changes mean for law firms, including the new requirement to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, the expanded obligations relating to harassment by third parties and the increasing focus on proactive risk management and organisational culture. We’ll explore what regulators, tribunals and the Equality and Human Rights Commission are likely to expect from employers, review the key policies, training and reporting mechanisms firms should have in place and discuss how to evidence compliance and reduce legal and reputational risk. Attendees will leave with a practical action plan for ensuring their firm is meeting its legal obligations and creating a safer, more respectful workplace.
